FIRELORDS Fire Extinguishing Systems
for Electric Cabinets

(HFC227ea ILP – Indirect Low Pressure)

Designed to detect and locally extinguish fire, starts inside the electric cabinets.

Indirect systems are compact fire extinguishing systems, where fire is detected by the heat and flame sensitive fire detection line and discharged via pipeline to extinguish.

Nozzle types and drill diameters are calculated by hydraulic software under certain limitations within the pipeline limits. Nozzles and pipes are installed inside the electric cabinets to discharge HFC227ea fire extinguishing agents. Heat and flame sensitive fire detection line is as well installed inside the electric cabinets. Regarding the increase of heat or start of flames, the fire detection line bursts from one or several points. The burst points activate the system valve with pressure relief. System valve enables the discharge of the HFC227ea fire extinguishing agent through discharge pipes and nozzles.

Specifications of heat and flame sensitive fire detection line:

Multi detection on every single point  for fire detection and extinguishing agent discharge,

Bursts as a discharge nozzle on the high heat and flame points,

 High technology polymer structured,

Has a long lasting material life,

Has a flexible and elastic material structure,

 Sensitive to heat and flame,

 Has automatic detection mechanism

HFC227ea FIRELORDS Fire Extinguishing Systems for Electric Cabinets are designed for 17 bars working pressure.

Working pressure can be checked out from the manometer mounted on the system valve on the cylinder.

Optional equipment:

End of line adaptor with manometer:

It is used by the end of the fire detection line and consists of a check valve with a manometer. The working pressure inside the system cylinder can be monitored from the manometer by the end of the detection line as well.

Gas release switch:

Gas release switch can be installed on the pipeline, discharges CO2. It provides contact while gas discharges. The contact can be used to start any action on any machinery or Equipment during gas discharge.

FIRELORDS Fire Extinguishing Systems for Electric Cabinets

(HFC227ea DLP – Direct Low Pressure)

Designed to detect and locally extinguish fire, it starts inside the electric cabinets.

Direct systems enable fire detection by heat and flame sensitive fire detection line and discharge the extinguishing agent on the flames instantly through burst points on the detection line without any need of pipeline and nozzles.
